Exemplifying Love Transitional Shelter & Resource Program, Inc.
We are committed to developing programs that enhance the community and cultivate skills for our participants. ELTSRP aims to rehabilitate each participant into a self-sufficient, productive, and contributing individual by empowering them with the necessary skills and support services to achieve their targeted goals. Our programs will enhance the community, cultivate talents, and diligently encourage participants to transform their new living environment into a safe and secure space.
Our Program includes, but is not limited to:
- Transitional Shelter Facilities for Displaced Veterans
- Transitional Shelter Facilities for elderly individuals (55 and over) returning from incarceration
- In-house and referral services for mental health counseling
- Substance abuse services
- Reunification services
- Job training
- Technology training
- Financial literacy
- GED preparation
- Computer literacy
- Mentoring and much more
Program Structure
All participants transition through 4 phases with the option for Advanced Finance and Stabilization terms.
Phase I (Intake & Assessment 30-90 days)
Phase II (Program Readiness 30-90 days)
Phase III (Commitment / Self-Awareness 30-90 days)
Phase IV (Growth / Completion or extension 30-90+ days)
Advanced Finance and Stabilization services are available for individuals seeking further guidance as they establish their independence. ELTSRP has developed a comprehensive action plan, transitioning participants from supervised to unsupervised support, for those committed to achieving stability. We offer an additional 24-month program for successful candidates
